Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be dispatched on the next working day.
Where orders ship from

New Zealand orders and orders outside Europe are fulfilled from New Zealand.

European orders are fulfilled from France.

Available delivery options and the exact shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment.
Estimated delivery times

Other international destinations: 3-5 days
Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. Customs processing, courier disruption, severe weather and other circumstances outside our reasonable control can cause delays. We will help investigate any order that is significantly delayed.
Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, we will email the tracking details after dispatch.
Customs, duties and taxes
European orders fulfilled from France should not normally attract import duties when delivered within the European Union.
Orders delivered outside the country or customs area from which they are shipped may attract import duties, taxes or handling charges. Unless checkout says these charges are included, they are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully. Email info@wallclixx.com immediately if it needs changing. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.
Lost, damaged or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it is damaged, faulty, incomplete or incorrect, email info@wallclixx.com with your order number and, where possible, a photo. We will investigate and put it right.
Where consumer law makes us responsible for delivery, our responsibility continues until the goods are delivered to you or to a person you nominated.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
