30 Day Risk Free Trial / Returns 

If wallCLIXX™ isn't right for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you. Even if you've already fitted it.

You don't need to send it back. Return postage costs more than the product, so keep it, pass it to someone who can use it, or put it in the drawer. We'd rather spend that money making sure you're happy than moving parcels around the world.

Email info@wallclixx.com with your order number and tell us what happened - it helps us make it better. We may ask for a photo.

This applies to orders of up to two sets. For larger and trade orders, talk to us and we'll sort something out.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or wrong, email us straight away with a photo and we'll put it right.

Warranty

Two years against defects in materials or manufacture. If something fails in normal use, we'll replace it.

European Union

If your order ships into the EU you have 14 days to cancel for any reason, under EU distance selling rules. In that case the goods do need to come back to us — those rules require it.

Your rights

Nothing here affects your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
